"Great view and great location at this large apartment building in Chamonix. Very close to restaurants, bars, ski bus stops. 4 people could comfortably stay here no problem.Some annoyances — no shampoo or soap, no paper towels — made it a little worse than it needed to be."

"The apartment was exactly as pictured. Modern and with a very well equipped kitchen. The bedrooms were comfortable for our family. As recommended we kept our skis at the hire shop and found the walk to the slopes easy with the help of 3 lifts. We parked our mid size car in the garage and made it out and onto the main road ok despite 25cm of snow the prior night! Communication with the host was excellent with good advice offered and an easy check in. One issue was that I tried to dry some towels...

"I recently stayed in Saint Gervais with a group of 11 guests (2 families with teens), and it was a fantastic experience. The space was more than ample for our group, providing plenty of room for everyone to feel comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped with plenty of dishes and all the essentials we needed for our stay. The decoration throughout the condo was charming and added a cozy touch to our holiday. One of the highlights was the stunning view of the valley, which we enjoyed every day...

"It was very difficult as they wouldn’t speak English and also charged me for sheets and towels and after paying 45 euros was given three hand towels to dry with for a week. Had to make the bed our selves it wasn’t made when we arrived. However the bed was comfortable and the pillows great. Small cosy and good location just struggled to communicate with the owner and didn’t understand the towels drama! "

Kitchen was well equipped, two bathrooms with showers and enough room to comfortably sleep 5 - could also fit more smaller kids if needed.Location is excellent - genuine 3 minute walk from the boot room to the slopes (main TransArc lift). Ideally situated close to the restaurants, pizzerias and supermarket. I’d also recommend this part of Arc 1800 (Villard) over some of the other villages, given the access to supermarket etc.Finally, the host...
