"A great budget-friendly hostel with all the basic amenities and effective heating in the room. The reception area was spacious with plenty of seating and a nice, welcoming atmosphere. The location is ideal for travellers, with bus and train stops nearby. However, there was a small issue with some mould in the washroom, which could be addressed. Overall, a good value for the price!"

A very cheap supermarket in the alley next door. Room spacious and clean, hot water, great view to canal. Fridge and safe and bottle of bubbly in room. "This is a family run hotel and it feels like home. Felicia is the best and was very kind to my elderly nonna who was in a walker. There are rooms that are accessible for handicapped people so please ask for that if needed. There’s breakfast, and dinner available. You can hear outside of the room so I suggest using sleep sounds as to not wake you if you are a light sleeper. All in all I recommend this hotel. 10/10. Grazie mille!"

"My wife and I enjoyed two nights at 312 Piazza San Marco. Our hotel room was very clean and comfortable. The location is fantastic and very close to all main attractions. Asela was very hospitable and welcoming. He arranged quick transportation on several occasions and a tour of a Murano glass factory. We would highly recommend this hotel!"

"Hotel bien situé à 5mn a pieds de la gare. Chambre spacieuses avec machine à café. Petit déjeuner correct et varié. Nous avions pris deux chambres, une donnait sur la rue, spacieuse et lumineuse. L'autre donnait sur un mur , obligé d'allumer les lumières en plein jour. Le point vraiment négatif est le bruit, les chambres étant très très mal isolées, on entendait le voisin ronflé ! Moyen pour un 4 etoiles."
