"Nos dieron un habitación detrás del hotel, con acceso solo por la cocina del restaurante, probablemente para el personal, sucio, todo viejo, húmedo sin shampoo ni papel higiénico, sin caja fuerte, sin terraza, sin vistas, ducha oxidado. La respuesta del dueño era que no hay otra cosa, que era una sorpresa nuestra reserva y que está todo lleno....Quedaban cosas personales y una llave de coche de otra persona en la habitación... Somos viajeros fréquentes y siempre muy satisfechos por Hoteles. com...

The staff were very pleasant and friendly and we particularly liked the poolside restaurant which had a very nice menu and good range of dishes. We were really pleased with our stay and hope to return next year."
