"The hotel is fantastic. The staff is so helpful even with recommendations for restaurants. The breakfast was a revelation. The aqua park across the street is great. We even stayed an extra night because we were so happy. "

"This property looks great from outside but it needs a full renovation badly. It felt like walking into a hotel in the early 90s. Carpets in the rooms are worn out and faded. Staff don’t show a lot of enthusiasm for what they do. Housekeeping was the worst. Upon arrival I noticed duvets were not very clean. A lot of hair on and in the duvet. I had to ask for them to be replaced. The shampoo and body wash container in the bathroom was empty throughout my stay. I travel with my own so didn’t need it but was waiting for housekeeping to noticed. I even tipped the cleaner one day hoping they’ll do a bit extra but no improvements. Although rooms were cleaned daily, staff did not change used glasses throughout the room even if they had wine from the day before. The casino, coffee shop, and location is all this property has going for it. "

"Slightly difficult to find proper path to parking especially in night. Good location to explore Lake Bohinj area."

"Gorgeous new hotel - with cozy interiors and luxury fittings. Superb location (right next to the lake). Very friendly staff and their spa facilities were wonderful. Would highly recommend getting their classic massage. "

"We ended up here because we couldn’t find a hotel anywhere else, but it was awesome. Great price and very “European”. We stayed in a senior suite with a living room and bathroom. Gorizia is a beautiful, small, Italian college town. We had a delicious dinner just across the street and truly enjoyed the 16th century bar in our hotel where the bartender told us a lot about the hotel history. "
