The Casa Mare is a comfortably furnished, detached holiday home in a very beautiful hillside location, above the town of Dolcedo. There is room for
6 persons. 4 parking spaces are available directly in front of the house.
From the terrace around the house you can expect a breathtaking panoramic view over the valley, the mountains and the sea. Because of its secluded location, you can relax and unwind in complete peace. At night you can see under the lights of the city of Imperia.
In the upper part of the house is a bedroom with double bed, TV, air conditioning and bathroom en suite. The bathroom is equipped with: shower, sink, toilet, bidet and hair dryer.
The living / dining area is comfortable with TV, air conditioning and pellet stove. The attached kitchen is fully equipped with: dishwasher, gas stove 4 flames, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, oven, fridge freezer and there is plenty of crockery, cutlery, and pots and pans available.
From the living / dining area it goes into the guest toilet, as well as a small staircase down. On the lower floor is the laundry room and basement area. There are two bedrooms with TV and air conditioning, one of the two bedrooms with en suite bathroom. The bathroom has: shower, sink, toilet and hair dryer.
The house has a washing machine, dryer and at the bottom of an additional large fridge freezer. For the sun loungers we keep ready for you beach towels, which are included in the rent.
The sun terrace invites you with a large garden table and chairs for leisurely meals, barbecues and lingering. In addition, it still offers enough space for the sun loungers.
The house is ideal for families or groups who not only want to enjoy the beach, but also dine and sunbathe on their own private terrace.
The house is not equipped for children under 4 years.
Please do not smoke in the house.
Pets are not allowed.
The final cleaning is € 90.00 because the house is very well maintained and is therefore cleaned with a great deal of effort.
The electricity is billed at € 0.50 per kwh.
Please do not forget to bring your towels and bed linen.
On request you can book bed linen for € 10,00 per person per stay.

Ruhe und Erholung mit toller Aussicht
Ein Haus in toller Lage. Die Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung war sehr gut. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und alles war sehr gut vorbereitet.

Super schöne ruhige Tage mit gigantischem Ausblick
Ja die Anfahrt ist für deutsche Verhältnisse abenteuerlich, aber man gewöhnt sich dran und der geniale Ausblick entschädigt. In der Infomappe des Vermieters ist alles bestens beschrieben. Es gibt eigentlich nichts zu kritisieren, es ist alles vorhandenen für einen entspannten Urlaub. Die Betreuung durch den Vermieter excellent. Einziges Manko: auf die relativ hohen Stromkosten hätte im Vorfeld hingewiesen werden können. Dafür ist das Haus aber mit sehr guter Haustechnik bestückt. Sehr Lobenswert die zusätzliche Wasserfilteranlage mit UV-Desinfektion. Das Leitungswasser kann man bedenkenlos trinken und es schmeckt auch noch gut.
Vielen Dank für die wunderschöne Woche in ihrem Haus.

Sehr schönes, sauberes Ferienhaus. Sehr gute Ausstattung, es ist wirklich alles da, in bester Qualität. Die Lage und der Ausblick einzigartig. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist der fehlende Hinweis, das der Anfahrtsweg extrem beschwerlich und mit einem Transporter nicht zu schaffen ist. Durch den schmalen und stark bewachsenen Zufahrtsweg haben wir unser Fahrzeug mehrfach beschädigt.

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt
Das Haus ist ist perfekt eingerichtet. Die Lage sehr idyllisch. Die Umgebung wunderschön. Das Haus ist gross und es hat sehr viel Platz. Die Kücherneinrichtung ist super. Der Hausherr hilft bei Fragen sofort weiter. Wir können das Haus wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Traumhafter Blick mit wundervollem Haus auf dem Berg
Jeden Tag haben wir die traumhafte Aussicht genossen und uns in dem großzügigem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Küche genügt allen Ansprüchen man braucht nichts mitzunehmen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die umliegenden Dörfer sind traumhaft schön. Sternenklar und himmlische Ruhe sind weitere wunderbare Merkmale dieses Hauses. Anne & Werner

einfach super
Das Haus hat eine perfekte Lage mit einer Wahnsinns Aussicht.
Das Haus ist so was von komplett ausgestattet.
Alles vorhanden was man sich wünscht.
Wir machen schon mehr als 20 Jahre FH Urlaub, aber so ein perfekt sauberes Haus hatten wir noch nicht.
1a!!
Und die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ist absolut unkompliziert. Er ist immer ansprechbar und hat bei Bedarf sofort eine Lösung.

Top locatie
Een prachtige, grote, luxe woning in een heel mooie en rustige omgeving. Kortom, we hebben met onze tieners een heerlijke vakantie gehad. Je moet even de berg af, maar je zit zo weer aan het strand of om andere uitstapjes te maken. Deze vakantiewoning vinden wij écht een aanrader!

Beautiful holiday home in Dolcedo!
Very comfortable holiday home in a quiet location on a mountain not far from the Italian Riviera. The spacious house is very clean, has a very well-equipped kitchen, nice beds and air conditioning in all the rooms. The contact with the manager is excellent. We enjoyed the beautiful view from the house, really nice walks between the olive groves in the valley and the trips to towns and villages. Thank you, Marius, for all your good care! perfektes Haus in phantastischer Umgebung
ein perfekt ausgestattetes Haus in atemberaubender Alleinlage. Ausstattung, Sauberkeit und Gemütlichkeit ließen keine Wünsche offen. Von Buchungsanfrage bis Rückreise eine tolle Betreuung durch den jederzeit erreichbaren und immer freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Vermieter.
Phantastische Ausflüge und Wanderungen, eine Terrasse mit jederzeit Sonne oder Schatten nach Wunsch, ein toller Ausblick tagsüber und nachts und absolute Ruhe hat dieses Haus zu bieten.

Traumhafte Unterkunft
Ein herrlicher Urlaub in Ligurien in einem Ferienhaus von dem man nur träumen kann. Vorab bekamen wir von Marius perfekte Reise-Informationsunterlagen. Die bebilderte Anfahrt war hilfreich. Dort angekommen fanden wir ein super ausgestattetes, schönes und sauberes Haus vor!! Für Rückfragen war Marius jederzeit erreichbar. Besonders beeindruckend fanden wir die Küche. Wir sind schon viel herumgekommen, aber eine solche Ausstattung ist uns noch nie begegnet. Als leidenschaftliche Hobbyköche war dies für uns einfach wunderbar. So konnten wir abends beim selbst zubereiteten italienischen Abendessen auf der Terrasse den phantastischen Blick auf Imperia genießen. Vielleicht noch ein Tipp für weitere Gäste… der Alimentari SuperAnna auf dem Weg nach San Lorenzo ist von außen kaum zu erkennen aber das Angebot ist super und die Eigentümer besorgen alles
Wir haben trotz Corona Zeit einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub in Casa Mare verbracht und können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen.
Vielen Dank für den tollen Service und die Zurverfügungstellung des Pools.

Trois semaines superbes
Superbe maison avec tout le confort moderne, climatisation neuve dans toutes les chambres et le salon, barbecue au gaz super, deux grandes salles de bain avec accès direct dans les chambres parentales, au niveau de la cuisine rien ne manque, terrasse faisant tout le tour de la maison avec vue imprenable sur IMPERIA, de plus Marius le propriétaire avez mis à disposition pour nos deux petit enfants une piscine plastique 3,60 m avec filtration et parasol déporté hexagonale, il y a un coin transat.
La région est vraiment belle, les petits villages sur les hauteurs son superbes DOLCEDO, CIVEZZA et autres, les villes D’IMPERIA SAN-REMO,TAGGIA etc. A visiter le musée de l’huile d’olive à IMPERIA et son Magasin FRATELLI CARLI. En Italie il faut privilégier le petit commerce de bouche, panetteria (boulangerie) macelleria (boucherie).
