In the hamlet Bellissimi 4 km from the centre of Dolcedo, 13 km from the centre of Imperia, 37 km from the centre of San Remo, on a slope, in the residential district, traffic calmed area, 11 km from the sea. For shared use: swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 15.Oct.). Outdoor shower, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Private: beautiful, well-kept garden 200 m2 (fenced) with lawn and trees, lawn for sunbathing. Patio, arbour, garden furniture. In the house: washing machine (for shared use). 200 m steep footpath to the house. Public parking 200 m. Shop 4 km, supermarket 13 km, restaurant 5 km, bus stop 200 m, railway station "Imperia Porto Maurizio" 13 km, pebble beach "Imperia Porto Maurizio" 13 km, outdoor swimming pool 10 km. Casa Bellissimi
Schönes Haus mit schönem Blick. Gute Ausstattung. Geschirrspüler macht nicht wirklich sauber. Man sollte im Inserat besser auf den sehr steilen Weg zum Haus und die sehr engen Treppen im Haus hinweisen. Sonst hat alles gepasst

Das Haus ist perfekt, wenn man ein wenig Abgeschiedenheit, tolle Blicke und Aussichten liebt sowie Ein Faible für alte Häuser und Dörfer hat! Tolles Ambiente, sehr freundlicher Service!

Das Haus hat uns sehr gut gefa...
Das Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es war sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Der Ansprechpartner vor Ort war sehr hilfsbereit und hat sich schnell um alle Wünsche und Anliegen gekümmert. Reisetipps: Uns haben die Strände in Porto Mauricio sehr gut gefallen und auch eine Tagestour nach Nizza ist von dort aus kein Problem.Als Restaurantempfehlung ist auf jeden Fall der Agriturismo Prela zu benennen aber Achtung man muss sich vorher anmelden.

Das W–lan funktioniert nicht in der Wohnung nur außerhalb im Garten. Router zu schwachEines der Betten in der 1.Etage ist sehr alt, knarrt an allen Ecken und die Matratze ist nicht sehr rückenfreundlich.alles in allem trübt es aber nicht den positiven Gesamteindruck

Die Lage des Hauses ist fantas...
Die Lage des Hauses ist fantastisch.Der Anstieg vom Parkplatz bis zum Haus kann für ungeübte anstrengend sein. Aber man wird mit herrlichen Blick und einer großzügigen Wohnung belohnt. Sehr lobenswert auch der Service duch den Verwalter.Einzig:das Doppelbett mit altem, ächzendem und lauten knarzendem Holzrahmen könnte mal ausgetauscht werden.

Schöne, sehr modern eingerichtete Wohnung
Die Austattung ist sehr gut, gerade in der Küche fehlte es wirklich an gar nichts. Es ist WLAN verfügbar (10 Euro die Woche), sowie Satelliten-TV für die jenigen, die auch im Urlaub gern Abends vor dem Fernseher zur Ruhe kommen möchten. Wir haben die meisten Abende draußen in dem riesigen Garten verbracht, der eine wirklich schöne Aussicht aufs Mittelmeer bietet. Im allgemeinen war die Wohnung sehr sauber, auch das große Badezimmer ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Trotz leichter Kommunikationsschwieirigkeiten anfangs (mein Italienisch ist nicht das allerbeste ;) ) sind wir wirklich nett empfangen worden und haben umfangreiche Informationen bekommen. Wir waren vor 4 Jahren bereits in diesem Ort, allerdings in einem anderen Haus. Ist Immer eine Reise wert, fernab von stressigen und lauten Touristengebieten. Denigen, die das Meer unmittelbar vor der Haustüre suchen sei der Tipp gegeben, besser direkt in Imperia zu suchen, der Weg runter ist aufgrund der kurvenreichen Straßen in den Olivenbergen nicht der allerschnellste. Für das Haus selbst: absolute Empfehlung, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Vielen Dank für Alles.
