The Broken Arrow @ Grand Canyon West Rim

Kyle & I moved to the Az desert 6 years ago from New York City.
After working in the hospitality and entertainment field and owning a vintage store in NYC for 20 years we knew we could run a great vacation rental out here!

Dolan is 30 minutes to Willow Beach,
1 hour to the Las Vegas Airport,
3 hours to Grand Canyon National Pk,
3 hours to Phoenix,
5 hrs to LA
and 4 hours to Zion.
The camper is directly off Pierce Ferry Rd which leads to Grand Canyon West and south cove beach.

The Broken Arrow is a 1990's camper turned into a tiny house, situated on 1 beautiful acre, nestled amongst gorgeous old Joshua trees on our well maintained property, we have a lovely view of Mt. Mitten, Joshua trees, the desert and all the amenities for a comfortable stay!

Fully renovated with vintage and modern.
Our labor of Love!

Private fenced in and secure.

The camper has a covered Toja deck with a dining table.
Outdoor couches with a Propane Fire Pit~ No wood burning out here.
Cute cactus garden.
We love birds and keep bird feeders filled, which you'll enjoy while drinking your morning coffee. If your lucky our favorite road runner will stop by!

The outside lights are all solar and come on at dusk. They are subtle enough to not disrupt the view of the Milky Way and dark night skies, but bright enough to help you not stumble on a cactus!

The Full Kitchen has an oven and stovetop and is equipped with pots and pans and everything you'll need to cook a meal.
There’s a full size rv refrigerator w a freezer and ice.
A microwave, toaster, a tea kettle, Keurig W Pods
Cooking essentials including oil, Coffee & Tea,Ketchup, mustard, mayo, hot sauce etc..

The bed is a memory foam Queen size with storage on either side and comfy bedding.

The bathroom has a shower, a sink and toilet.
Plenty of towels & body wash

Yes we have Wifi and a new powerful AC unit and a H O T water heater.

We are a quick drive to Willow Beach at Lake Mead, kayaking to Emerald Cove is a must!
The Arizona Hot Springs are incredible, open seasonally and are also a quick drive away.
We have hiking maps and brochures stocked for you in the camper if your into hiking and sightseeing. .
Rt.66 is close by and a sweet drive to Grand Canyon National Park if you like the back roads.
You'll be surprised how much there is to do out here!

If you're arriving after sunset, don't worry, just let us know and we'll have all the camper lights on for you.

A Fun, Cute Getaway
This is a cute camper which obviously has a lot of love put into the preparation and maintenance. There are adorable details in the decorations! It is so cute and so many details! I am not even sure I caught all of them! From the wall paper to the blankets, to the dishes, to the outside decor... everything! The night sky view is very pretty, too! It is secluded enough to get away from most light pollution and enjoy the outdoors while being close enough to roadways to get food. Instructions for the stay are clear (including a book of how-to's/do's and don'ts for the camper). Additionally, the hosts are very responsive and communicative. My friend and I stayed here for a weekend getaway from the city to explore the Grand Canyon and other fun nature adventures throughout Western/Central Arizona. Very well located if you want to go to the West ridge's Skywalk and Guano Point. Would definitely recommend!
