In the heart of the Périgord Noir, near Sarlat, Les Eyzies and the Lascaux caves, an old independent stone building (200 m2), enlarged, entirely renovated and located in a small, very quiet hamlet. Environment: woods and fields. The house has 3 levels (the third level gives access to 2 mezzanines whose opening on the main part gives the charm), 2 gardens, 1 outbuilding with which the barbecue is located.
Perfectly isolated while being close to the house, a private salt pool size 10 by 4 (traditional construction with liner - depth 1M-1.8M) with beach and deckchairs, protected by a barrier and heated by tarpaulin.
House fully equipped and beautifully decorated with stylish furniture and a fine blend of tradition and modern, offering all the necessary comfort.
Ideal location for visiting sites and villages of Périgord.

Sehr schönes Haus mit ruhiger Lage
Das Haus ist für 7 Personen sehr gut ausgerüstet, es fehlt an nichts. Der Pool ist und die Liegestühle wurden bei den hohen Temperaturen rege benutzt. Die Vermieter sind sehr herzlich und aufmerksam. Getrübt haben unsere Ferien allerdings die vielen Mücken und das Haus hat nirgends installierte Mückengitter, wir waren alle nach einer Woche komplett zerstochen. In der Beschreibung kommt meiner Meinung nach die Schlafzimmeraufteilung nicht klar genug hervor: Das Haus hat 3 geschlossene Schlafzimmer, zusätzlich gibt es über dem Wohnraum ein offenes Mezzanin mit zusätzlichen 2 Doppelbetten und einem Einzelbett. Toll für Kinder, aber eher nicht geeignet für Paare.

Fabulous, relaxing holiday!
Really lovely home, quiet location, easy to access all local tourist attractions by car, spacious with a lovely pool. Hosts were fantastic, met us on arrival, stayed in contact during our stay. Bedrooms were lovely and quirky, huge dining table and very well stocked kitchen and everything we needed, including big BBQ. Very charming and clearly someone's home, not your average holiday rental, really beautifully decorated and all your home comforts. Would definitely recommend and would be happy to re-book.

Well appointed, comfortble and peaceful
A wonderful vacation property, superbly appointed and containing everyting you would need for a stay. Property is on three levels but, as there were just two of us, we were able to live, bathe and sleep on the main, ground floor. The place was spotless throughout. A quiet, peaceful location in a tiny hamlet. The hosts were fantastically accommodating and madeus most welcome.

Truely wonderful
We stayed this summer at the end of July for two weeks. Communications with Christophe were excellent from start to finish. The house is beautiful the pictures of the inside living area don't do it justice it's spacious and comfortable. The house has everything you could possibley need. The pool is amazing and the area is quiet and stunning. There are only two slight things that i would mention to be aware of both sets of stairs in the property are narrow and steep but there is a bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor so still fine if you needed only access without stairs. The mobile networks are very poor but there is good Wi-Fi in the property, making calls was just a tad tricky. I would without hesitation recommend this property for a wonderful relaxing and amazing stay in the Dordogne. Thank you Christophe

Very lovely farmhouse, with everything we needed and would like, to make our stay very comfortable. Beautiful bathroom and shower. Well equipped kitchen and living room. The pool was lovely, very refreshing!! And the sun terrace is a real sun trap. Easy access to beautiful Belvès and the surrounding towns.. We had our usual kayaking trip down the Dordogne, the best trip so far is from Cenac to Siorac-en-Périgord stopping for a lovely Croque Monsiour at La Roque-Gageac. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property!

vacances en famille avec mes enfants, beaux enfants et 2 petites filles
Superbes vacances en famille, énormément de choses à visiter : château, grottes, maison troglodyte, etc... maison décorée avec gout. il ne manque rien. Le propriétaire est sympathique et réactif. Je conseille la location de cette maison pour de bonnes vacances en famille ou entre amis. De plus l'entourage est très accueillant. Merci aux propriétaires.

Une semaine parfaite !
Des hôtes particulièrement attentionnés et une maison encore plus jolie que sur les photos ! Très adapté pour les jeunes enfants car le jardin est clos et la piscine aussi. De plus la maison est située dans un coin des plus passionnants de la Dordogne avec tout plein de choses à visiter à moins de 30 min de voiture. On recommande !

Prachtig gelegen vakantiehuis. Komt overeen met de beschrijving op internet. Vriendelijke ontvangst door de eigenaar en zijn vrouw. Huis was prima in orde. Zwembad was top. Hebben gebruik gemaakt van het zwembad. Kinderen (leeftijd 11,13,14 en 16 jaar) vonden dit geweldig.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus auf dem Land
Wir haben mit zwei Familien zwei Wochen im Sommer in La Mariotte verbracht und die Zeit dort sehr genossen: der tolle Pool, eine hervorragend ausgestattete Küche, ein großer Tisch, an dem alle Platz fanden, zwei Bäder, ein schöner Außenbereich mit einem Grillkamin. Zudem ein sehr herzlicher Empfang durch die Vermieter und sehr unkomplizierte Kontaktaufnahme während unseres Aufenthaltes bei kleinen Fragen. Kleine Abstriche: Bäcker etc. sind nur mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Und an sehr heißen Tagen wird es auf dem Schlafboden sehr warm. Dennoch ein wunderbarer Urlaub im Perigord. Vielen Dank!

Nous avons passé une agréable semaine dans cette maison. Aucun bruit dans les environs, c’est un endroit très calme est très joli à visiter, c’est donc parfaitement adéquat pour se reposer. La maison était très charmante, jolie, bien décorée et conforme aux photos. Les propriétaires sont vraiment gentils et accueillants. Nous avons donc grandement apprécié nos vacances à la Mariotte.

Belle maison et très belle piscine. très bien équipée accueil charmant des propriétaires. Le lieu est isolé donc pas de commerces à proximité les plus proches à belves. On choisit cette location pour le calme la campagne alentour et l'espace de la maison : grandes chambres grande pièce de vie et grand jardin et l'équipement au top.

Un séjour reposant
Formidable séjour dans un cadre agréable et reposant. La Mariotte est une maison très fonctionnelle et agréable à vivre, sur 3 niveau chacun peut y trouver son intimité. Les propriétaires sont très gentils et attentifs à nos demandes. Nous étions 7 adultes et 2 bébés de 21 mois. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir !

Belle maison bien équipée dans un lieu calme
Belle maison bien équipée dans un lieu calme. Nombreux couchages. Piscine agréable et ensoleillée. Maison propre et spacieuse. Elle se situe à environ une demi-heure des boucles de la Dordogne et ses nombreuses activités. Tous les équipements sont présents pour passer un agréable séjour. La communication avec le propriétaire est un peu procédurière et nécessite la signature d’un contrat de location qui impose les frais de nettoyage (120 euros) et les serviettes de toilettes sont en supplément. Le chèque de caution n’est restitué que quelques jours après le départ.

Une maison exceptionnelle dans un cadre idyllique !
La décoration de la maison est réalisée avec soin. La piscine bénéficie d'une large période d'ensoleillement. Située dans un hameau, c'est très calme et les rares voisins sont sympathiques. De nombreux châteaux, des villages médiévaux à visiter. Des propriétaires accueillants...à recommander !
