"Price was great, proprietor was lovely couldn’t do enough, even with no common language. Room was very clean, every day cleaned. Could do with a chair and table but room small. Still top marks for what counts. One big issue! Finding the place terrible, google maps and other maps don’t have a clue. We stumbled into owners son working at local Toyota, which 100mts down the road!"

"We were staying at the furthest 'hut' from the reception area and whilst every other room had a lovely dedicated area in which to lounge we had a rickety platform with no cushions. Pools look lovely but there was no sign of any filtration system in use and the tiles are lethal slippery. Lots to recommend, staff, free shuttle bus etc, so maybe unfair to concentrate on the negatives. Overall a decent place to stay for a few days"

"Property is well maintained with staff constantly cleaning. Grounds are lush and full of interesting plants and flowers. Great bird life and views of the river and surrounds. Rooms spacious and comfortable with coffee, tea and mini bar. Plenty of bot water and privacy. Mosquitoes are in the area but not a problem inside. "Check in was as fast as could be expected and staff were very friendly. The hotel is a bit dated. My room was clean but furniture and room looked a bit tattered. I think it is a good value none the less. "

"The bungalow was perfect. We were picked up at the bus station in Chiang Dao. He took us where we could rent a scooter. Then to the bungalows. Family driven. Free breakfast. Any questions, he was there. I strongly recomend the place!"
