"Great Value hotel. We paid £37 for one night, with a light breakfast. It is unmanned but the system with doors etc are easy to use. We opted for the room with a private bathroom. The room was large and had a fridge. The shower was good. You have access to a good size kitchen which was large and spacious. All the appliances were available to use. The breakfast consisted of a box of cornflakes, a pint of milk, two slices of bread/toast with butter, honey and jam, a yoghurt and a slice of cheese. Lots of coffee and tea. We found this was ideal for breakfast considering this was included in the price. Parking was good with an allocated space. It is about a 30 minute walk to the centre of Lincoln or a short bus ride away. Overall recommend for a great value stay. "

"Idea place for us, nice and quiet, staff couldn’t do enough so very kind. Bus into Lincoln almost outside save driving and stressing were to park.will definitely book again "

"Couldnt get a better location for the castle and the cathedral. Service was fantastic with polite and enthusiastic staff. Very dog friendly which was brilliant for us. Used room service one night which was comprehensive and quick. Breakfast is well stocked all morning and hot options were delicious. We had a great view of the cathedral from our room. Only minor complaint was that the room was a little hot with no visible option to turn off towel heater. Hotel parking needs to be booked in advance but there is a very large public car park nearby which is just under £10 for 24 hours and can be managed through paybyphone. "
