We loved our stay in this gem of a cabin! The history, the coziness, comfortable updates without going too modern are just a few reasons this place is now one of our top vacation locations. The owners have put love and attention into this place and are great at communication. Fantastic location for all area attractions but hidden from the main view so it feels wonderfully private.

I cannot say enough about this cozy cabin, the place was amazing and the location you just can’t beat it! Everything was so clean and organized, well stocked with all the essentials you could ever need. We hit up a few state parks during our stay so it was the perfect center point for us.

Cozy Cabin
My husband and I visited Yadkin Valley for our 30th anniversary. The hosts were so kind and had a surprise charcuterie plate and sparkling cider waiting for us at the cabin. The cabin was cute and cozy and just perfect for a weekend getaway. We enjoyed reading about the history of the home and learning more about the surrounding area.

Cozy Cabin Retreat
This is a ideal cabin for outdoor life. Cozy little cabin has everything we needed. Love the history of the property. Driving to the cabin will bring you through rolling roads, past farmland, and open pastures with grazing cattle and deer. We enjoyed walks, sitting on the porch and the backyard fire pit. You won't be disappointment. Loved our stay.

This cabin nestled in the woods on a beautiful cleared property was an excellent find! Comfortable, cozy and clean. The hosts did a fantastic job of making us feel at home while away from home. Close proximity to wineries and vineyards in Dobson, East Bend, Mt. Airy and Elkin. Looking forward to going back in the fall.

Family Visit
We traveled to the area to visit family and this cabin was a great find. It's very nicely secluded and surrounded by trees. The cabin was very, very clean upon arrival. We had a chance to visit family, checked out some of the nearby wineries and enjoyed some peace and quiet on the front porch. The bedroom, bathroom and kitchen are a little tight, but for a couple like us it wasn't any problem at all. We would recommend this cabin if you're traveling to the area and our family will be recommending it to any future visitors they may have as well!

Cozy Cabin
Wonderful stay at the cabin we rented. Had everything that made for a quiet relaxing weekend visiting the area wineries. Attention to detail catches your eye when you walk in. Host left a thoughtful note for my wife and I and made himself available if we were to need anything. We definitely want to come back in the future. Loved everything about the cabin and the surrounding farmland.

Perfect cabin in the woods
Ideal setting, private, and remote. We loved the old cabin it had everything we need for a weekend stay. The hosts were amazing, surprising us with sparkling juice and a charcutier tray in the fridge to help us enjoy our anniversary weekend. Wonderful stay--no complaints
What a clean and perfectly-sized cabin to stay in for a few days away from the city. Rustic but certainly all comforts met--exactly what we wanted! Hosts perfectly considered what extras to leave--a few snacks, water bottles and coffee pods and creamers were appreciated by us. Beds were extremely comfortable. It should be noted that while in the middle of wine country, it is a drive on curvy roads of around 20 minutes minimum to go out to eat. If having room in the shower is something that is a must--you should consider this, there is barely room to turn around. None of this should be a surprise by the listing location and photos, just wanted to point this out.
