Beautiful Villa Green Pearl with heated pool

The beautiful villa Green Pearl with a 43 m² heated swimming pool is located in the village of Gostinjac on the Krk. It is a beautifully furnished villa that will provide you with much needed relaxation and a luxurious dream vacation. Six guests can spend a quiet and peaceful holiday in this comfortable and modern villa.
The villa is spread on two floors. The wide and spacious living area on the ground floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living area, playroom for the kids and bar room for the adults. The kitchen is fully equipped with quality appliances such as induction cooker, extractor hood, freezer, fridge, ice maker, toaster, microwave, stove, coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher and all necessary kitchen utensils. Next to the kitchen is a comfortable dining area for eight people to enjoy your meals. Next to is a children's room where children can play with toys, cards, board games, playstation or just watch cartoons. In the living area a comfortable sofa awaits you to relax watching big flat screen TV. Next to there is also a guest toilet. A distinctive feature of this house is a space for socializing over a glass of good wine.
Three bedrooms are available to guests on the first floor. The rooms are spacious with lots of sunlight. All bedrooms have a double bed, wardrobe, air conditioning and en suite bathroom with shower, toilet, sink and hairdryer. All bedrooms and bathrooms in the house are equipped with bed linen and towels.
Since you spend most of your holiday time outside, this part of the property has also been thought of. Just outside the glass patio door is a spacious patio with a dining table for six and a hanging rocking egg. The most important part of the villa is of course the heated swimming pool, which is 42 m2 and cools down on hot days. There are six sun loungers available by the pool. Next to there is another entertainment terrace with lounge furniture and a grill. Two extra terraces are located around the holiday house, so privacy and a private corner can easily be found. Fresh vegetables are at guests disposal from the private garden.
The villa is fully fenced and offers several parking spaces in its own yard. For guests travelling with an electric car, a Schuko socket is available. To charge your car, all you need is your own charger.
Villa Green Pearl is located 2700 meters from the sea. Besides swimming in the crystal clear Adriatis Lake, you can also go hiking through landscaped vineyard trails in the area. Within a radius of 15 km from the villa you will find the beautiful towns of Malinska, Vrbnik and Krk. Be sure to try the famous Vrbnička žlahtina and traditionally prepared dishes of this region.
