"No WiFi working. Towels were not changed at all. Only one member of the staff spoke English. Room too hot and the radiator could not be turned down. Very narrow staircase leading to second floor, making it difficult with a large suitcase. The only pluses were that the staff was friendly and the hotel is right in the city center."

"High standard of accommodation with good amenities and cleanliness. The location is the best for a walk to parks and many restaurants nearby."

"Clogged drains in the shower, leaky tap. Tiny little sachet of liquid soap and shampoo in the bathroom. Broken handle on the window. TV remote control hardly works. Breakfast is ok. "

"Crazy awsome pool and sauna area as well as gym. Rooms where very comfy and spacious for the price. Would if liked a steam sauna and the elevators where really small. But still a great hotel. Definitely would stay there next time i go to Dnipro"
