"The location was perfect! We went to a concert at UBS and the rental was right down the road from the venue, it was super convenient. I also really liked that there were two separate bedrooms and a living room/kitchen area. There's also a countertop with barstools. It is a little small, if you're looking for something more spacious, but the rental serves its purpose! The owner was super communicative. My friend and I made it to New York an hour before check in and I asked if we could check in...

"Our stay was very true to its name; "Cozy." My girlfriend and I stayed here a total of 8 days, and every one of those days felt like a true home away from home. The place is on the basement of the actual home, but it doesn't have a "basement vibe." It truly feels like home. I really loved the fact that everything was furnished, clean, and ready to use. We brought a week's worth of groceries and were able to use the kitchen to the full extent thanks to all the included condiments and cooking...

The apartment had everything we needed including two separate bedrooms with very comfortable beds, and a simple, but functional kitchen.
