Cabourg ja, diese Wohnung in dem Zustand nein !
Eine an sich gut gelegene, ruhige FW mit 2 kleinen separaten SZ. Könnte alles gut sein, was es diesmal aber nicht. Wir sind ja was Sauberkeit angeht eigentlich nicht empfindlich, aber diese Interhome FW stellte unseren bisherigen Tiefpunkt dar. Waren der Boden im WZ, Küchenzeile sowie Bad noch halbwegs OK, so waren die restlichen Möbel aber vor allem die SZ sehr verdreckt, teils echt ekelhaft. Nur nach eigenen, intensiven Nacharbeiten ging der Einzug am Abend.

Sehr zentral gelegen, sowohl nach Cabourg als auch nach Dives sur Mer. Der Herd war ein wenig gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber sonst war alles perfekt. Von der Sauberkeit her nicht perfekt, aber sonst alles in allem gut

Appartement bien pour le prix
Problème de propreté, d’odeur et de mobilier vétuste voir sales (canapé, fauteuils). L’accès au parking et aux poubelles ne sont pas indiqués. Cafetière en panne. Espace cuisine très peu fonctionnel. Nous avons du faire le ménage en partant (ce qui est plutôt normal), mais aussi en arrivant (c’est nouveau). Le pire étant la salle de bains avec la brosse des toilettes sale, les résidus d’urine derrière la lunette des toilettes et un porte savons sale. Un accident… j’espère.

belle région
proximité des plages par une passerelle et du centre de Cabourg avec un peu de marche mais très agréable car on longe la plage, de très belles demeures sur le parcours . Appartement dans une belle résidence avec vue sur le port de plaisance . Il est situé au 2ème sans ascenseur . Le seul problème à cet appartement c'est la propreté alèzes sales , oreillers sales , matelas très tachés couettes idem il faudrait prévoir des alèzes jetables et housses d'oreillers également et changer les oreillers

L’appartement est bien situé et calme avec les équipements comme dans la description Il y a beaucoup de vaisselle Dommage le sommier 2 places est vieux et fait du bruit Quelques couettes, housses de coussins, tissus de chaises et du fauteuil avaient des taches Le ménage général était fait mais pas la poussière des meubles et des lustres Nous avons apprécié le quartier tranquille et l’appart spacieux À louer pour famille À 10min de Plage à pied seulement ! Et proche de Cabourg !

Manque de serieux :pas d eau ni d electricite a notre arrivee; PERTE DE TEMPS AVT DE REGLER LE PROBLEME AVEC L AGENCE ET FINALEMENT AVONS DU NOUS DEBROUILLER NOUS MEME. tres contrariant nous nous sommes douche a l eau froide car l eau chaude a mis la nuit a chauffer apres la mise en route.Cela n est pas normal.
