You will find serenity her in this spacious and centrally located home with amazing views throughout.
Enjoy the open concept floor plan inside while you enjoy the endless views while at the kitchen sink, home office, dinning area or on the spacious deck. Cuddle up by the fireside outside or inside. Comfortable linens and black out blinds in most rooms offer a quiet and wonderful place to tuck in after a day of adventure or leisure.
Our spacious deck with gorgeous west facing views of the ocean, Vancouver Island where you can watch the sunset from the large deck with stylish seating and comfortable seating. This home offers comfort and style with it's new kitchen and open concept floor plan with a west facing view, very bright with natural light.
We also have an additional room downstairs with a smart TV, spin bike and weighted 3-20pounds.

Here in Vancouver are wonderful with all the recreation you can imagine at your doorstep and a beautiful city of cafes and world class restaurants. Day or weekend trips to Whistler and/or small islands will complete your authentic Vancouver holiday !
Minutes to Grouse Mountain, hiking trails, recreation centres, shopping mall, amenities and libraries and 1 block to our local community park. Our home is also 1 minute to the main bus route.
