"Not very clean, clogged sink, they didn’t service our room, terrible pillows. Lady at reception was nice but said she’d get maintenance to fix the clogged sink and didn’t, so not very effective. Breakfast was good. "

"The restaurant staff on arrival were very welcoming. We were provided with complimentary coffee and some cake. We were able to park beneath the property with lift access to the bistro that also acts as a reception. When booking in advance of our stay we were given the name of the room (Albis), a superior apartment on the second floor but this was not the room we were offered on arrival by the restaurant staff who greeted us.
