"Booked a junior suite that indicated it slept 3. Upon inspection of the room, it was clear that there was a mistake. There was only one bed and for a junior suite, it was quite small. We contacted reception and a roll bed was set up in the corner of the room. This was okay for our needs but seems to me that if a room can be booked for three people, a single bed/bedroom is inadequate and for the price, it was a bit disappointing to say the least."

"This is the 2nd time staying at this hotel. Very good location for West Berlin whilst also a lovely walk to the East side. Hotel very clean, breakfast variety is very good, however, the ‘hot’ food selection was good but cold every morning (we had breakfast for 3 mornings). Not sure why as I’m sure it was all hot and fresh last year. "

The description says the rooms are sound proof but I disagree with this, the traffic noise from outside was really quite loud in our room, it woke us multiple times during our stay. Similarly the description also suggests there is a ‘pillow menu’, not sure what that is, we had a choice of a harder memory foam pillow or a soft one, that was the extent of the menu.
