"Very handy for the tram stop and near some nice shops. Clean with an excellent ensuite. The fourth floor room was comfortable, clean, a good temperature and quiet with great views over the roof tops of Nottingham. Staff all very welcoming. I would have liked a more springy mattress myself though."

"Our stay was lovely the staff was so attentive our kettle wasn’t working in our room so we called reception and they fixed it immediately, there was a few different places where there was dust and the shower floor and water marks on the shower door but overall very clean "

"The staff were so friendly and went above and beyond to help my friend after she cut her knee (not on site). The breakfast was great with loads of variety - kept stocked up even when busy and staff were always around checking on guests and making sure the buffet area was clean and presentable. It's clear the team take pride in doing a fantastic job!"
