Nice size of room, good and clean condition, comfortable stays. Owner is very personable, kind and informative. Breakfast is good, simple but plentiful. Enjoy our stay!
When we arrived we were checked in promptly and shown to our which looked fine until we turned the tv on which to our surprise our tv was not working and could not connect to internet the staff moved us to a different quickly and we were happy until we saw mold on our bathroom ceiling, and no place to hang our stuff while also the room was cold until we discovered the heating which took us a minute to adjust accordingly
Breakfast was okay with toast and cereal but the orange juice was as old as our renters which was disappointing but overall we got what we paid for
Cheap,efficient and bland

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Staff very welcoming on arrival and at Breakfast. A good variety of cereal, pastries and toast for self service breakfast.
The room was large and bed was comfy.
Linen and fixtures are worn but it looks like the place is being renovated so hopefully this will be resolved.

It would be a good hotel if only they had a maintenance man. TV screen was broken, as was the shower screen, toilet seat, and toilet flush.

The room was booked for two people. There was only one towel and no hand towel to dry hands with. The coffee/tea area had one package of creamer opened, but sitting in the bowl with the others, plenty of sugar packs and one EMPTY coffee pack, no tea. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Understaffed
Stayed here and would honestly say one of the worst places I've ever been.
The room smelt like pee. It was SO dirty. Curtains were hanging off the rail. No hot water for shower but it was so dirty didn't want to use. The layers of dust all over the room, units and kettle were thick.
I am confused: Some things are good, Some things are bad. Bed bugs, i haven’t seen, bad vacuüm cleaning i have seen. Toilet reservoir took minutes to fill up again. Nice shower stuff, water hot/cold good, but Fungus on the kit edges is present. Also the rusted bathroom stuff i have seen: Why?
Breakfast: problably a UK issue no cheese and/or ham present.
The Inn was in need of cleaning and updating. The mattress was uncomfortable, the breakfast, as it was, was disappointing. The toaster looked as though it had not been cleaned in weeks. I never saw a fresh pot of coffee on, just what was leftover and cold. Very seldom was there a staff person visible.
I have booked three rooms for our employees.
Room 1
The room wasn't cleaned at all. There were dirty towels in the bathroom, a dirty toilet, cans, and rubbish in the room. I had to wait 45 minutes for the room to be cleaned.
Room 2
Bed bugs! - Our employee was bitten by bedbugs and ended up at the doctor's office. He received four days of treatment.
The bathroom was disgusting and dirty. There was fungus on the sealing. The towel was worn and frayed, more like a rag.
Room 3
The guest had to change the bedding by himself.
In general, the smell of dampness everywhere
They should have left instead of dealing with all of this. It was unacceptable.
Room wasn’t great. two single beds with the worst mattress i’ve ever slept on… think your childhood mattress if you went back to it now. Guy on the desk rang us ten mins before we got there in a huff because he was due back on in the morning (perhaps don’t set check in times so late and let guests find a decent place to stay instead) was friendly other than that and the bathroom was alright.
If like me you are imagining a nice cosy pub (due to it being called an "Inn,") then like me, you will be disappointed. It's more like a motel. That said, it was cheap and cheerful, basic but clean. Refreshments provided, but not hair dryer in the room. The chap who checked us in was friendly and cheerful. On site parking is available and walking distance to the pubs and shops.
