The commune of Léhon is indeed charming, with its 'Petite cité de caractère de Bretagne' status offering a peaceful, authentic setting on the banks of the Rance. Dinan, medieval town 'Ville d'art et d'histoire'. This charming 67 m² house can accommodate up to 4 travellers. Located on the second floor (no elevator), it comprises a pretty 28 m² living room, fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Wifi, sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
On the ground floor:

- Bedroom 2 with queen-size bed (160×200)

First floor:

- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, toaster, hob...

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, ironing board and iron.

Outside :
- A 20 m² terrace with furniture (a garden table and two deckchairs) to enjoy the sunny days.
- A shade sail is available on the terrace.

The apartment is ideally located in Dinan, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities :
- Walks on a towpath along the Rance and greenways.
- Rental of electric boats and bicycles

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the accommodation's private garage and parking lot, which can accommodate up to 2 vehicles.

- Free bus service to Dinan 50 m away.
