Very spacious modern duplex. Convenient location, handy parking, well stocked kitchen and plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Our family would definitely book here again!
My family and I had a great stay in Dillon. The property manager, Rachel, was kind and communicative. The house was perfect for our large group of eight, and we loved the large kitchen and comfortable living room with its beautiful views. The bathroom products were great, too! We can’t wait to stay again. Thank you!
Perfect house. Clean and nice. Walking distance to Grocery store. The house is well thought out and well stocked. I highly recommend. The house is new and nice.
This was an ideal location for our trip. Close to services in the Dillon area. Close to our hunting destination. Weather was what was expected for Fall. Our hunt was successful. We got to experience the High School play off game, Go Beavers! Keep me in mind for this time next year
Nice, big house with plenty of room for a big family. House was clean and everything seemed to work well. The only thing was that there were wasp nest under the stairs in the backyard so we were a little concerned about that, but my husband took care of it.
Pretty clean, bed was very comfortable. Was supposed to have a large group, ended up only two of us. I am sure it was really easy to clean afterwards. Only one hiccup, we could not get the tv to hookup. I think it was me as a user. Property owner is next store, offered to come over and hookup for us. We declined, we were just to tired to mess with it.
We had a group of 12 with plenty of room for all of us.The foosball was a great addition for the kids to play with. Everything was clean and roomy! Few hiccups:all the blinds in the house were broken and no curtains so it got very bright early in the morning (which is not a deal breaker) and a little warm in the evening since it was hard to open the windows with broken blinds.Although the site stated it was fully stocked with towels and linens, there were only enough bath towels for 8 people, and when inquired, that was all they had. So our group went to the store and had to buy towels. There was not one kitchen towel either so we bought some kitchen towels. (they reimbursed us for the cost of the towels). There was no toilet paper when we arrived so they kindly delivered some right away. The body soap, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner bottles were mostly empty so we had to find more bottles to fill those up.There was no little trash can for one of the bathrooms (our group went and bought one). Although very clean, it just seemed some of the basics got overlooked or another option would be to say to bring your own soaps/towels. For as much money as you spend you kind of expect things to be in working order and have your basics. One big thing I think all groups should know is that when you go down the stairs to the finished basement, there is no railing! We were going to put my parents down there but once we saw we decided against it.A little 4yo took a tumble so just be careful.
Very large house with lots of space. Quiet neighborhood in a convenient location. The house was fairly well stocked - comparable to most others we’ve stayed in. Bedrooms had new beds, pillows, bed linens. Plenty of blankets and towels. Spacious kitchen, plenty of seating room for a full house. Parking was very easy.
We had a fantastic stay! The property was clean, & easy to access! The rooms were so big & comfy! The family style basement kept our kids entertained for hours! It was great!
