Experience panoramic ocean views as you move about this spacious beach house at Dillon Beach. The upper main level has an open floor plan where the family room, dining room, newly remodeled kitchen, bonus room and balcony enjoy that “million dollar view” of Dillon Beach. We have 20 feet of window seating to lounge on while you enjoy expansive windows that look out onto the ocean waves or enjoy a movie on a flat screen TV.

The Master bedroom is located on the upper main level where you may want to sneak away to witness the breath-taking sunsets.

The lower level holds 3 bedrooms: 1 large room with a Cal King bed, another large room with 2 queen beds and a third small room that holds a bunk bed (twin over double). The two larger rooms on the lower level are equipped with flat screen TVs. All flat screen TVs in the house have access to live cable channels via Sling and thousands of movies and tv shows via Netflix.

There is a full bathroom on the lower level which also includes the washer and dryer and a sink for any delicate washing needs. This full bathroom opens up to an enclosed patio with a large, deluxe hot tub and views of the sunset on clear days.

You will also find a couple of boogey boards, sand toys for the little ones and two collapsible chairs to bring to the beach. There are plenty of board games to enjoy with your friends and family, an XBOX and a selection of books to read throughout the house.

This is a wonderful house for gathering with family. It's open format allows for family members to gather in one location. The driveway is easy to access from the street; the house was clean, with plenty of towels. We'd stay again!

Wonderful Spot for a Family Vacation!
We recently finished an almost 3-week stay at Wabi Tei in Dillon Beach. The house and location are fantastic. Beautiful views to take in the sea line and ocean from the living room and balcony. The host Jenn was very responsive and helpful. A great place for a family retreat.

Weekend getaway with stunning views
We had a wonderful time staying at Wabi Tei. The home was large and comfortably furnished with plenty of room for 3 adult couples and a dog. The kitchen was big and well appointed, there was large selection of DVDs that we enjoyed browsing through, and there were supplies for a spending time at the beach in the garage. Probably the highlight of the trip for us were the large windows with stunning ocean views. Dillon beach and the surrounding areas are beautiful and green during the spring and we spent a lot of time sitting and enjoying the views.

Perfect getaway
This property was even better than i expected. The house and view were gorgeous and the house was fully stocked with everything we could have needed. Due to the weather we were not able to use any of the outdoor amenities but in better weather would have. Definitely will be back.

We love house!
This was our 2nd stay at Wabi Tei. It is a wonderful home set up for family fun! The view is amazing and house fully stocked. Kids toy closet is fun and TV’s top notch! Beds are super comfy! And bathrooms great! The hot tub private area is a plus! Two grills and house is super clean! Just can’t say enough! We will be back because our grands think it’s ours!😊

Amazing birthday
What a beautiful home this is. So spacious and it was fully stocked with everything you need. The kitchen is beautiful with so much space to cook and sit down to eat. The bedrooms are good size, it’s dog friendly and has plenty of space to sit outdoors. The town had a blackout while we were there for 2 hours but we did not mind it at all. Jen was the perfect host and even offered to reimburse us if we needed to get flashlights or candles. I’ll definitely be back again next year.

Fabulous Weekend!
After waiting months for this weekend to get here, I was concerned I would be let down, by the home being not what I expected. It was not what I expected, but far more than I expected! The stay was magical. Between the house, the weather & the company, I could not have asked for a better weekend! I had a couple questinos that the owner answered immediately. Sweeping view
We loved staying at this property. It was more beautiful than it’s photos and it managed to be both comfortable, relaxed, and still felt luxurious. We stayed to celebrate my daughter’s 18th birthday with a couple close friends and family. The teens loved the beach and the hot tub, everyone loved the beautiful views with deer wandering the streets and the drama of the changing weather. It was a warm sunny weekend and I can imagine that even in stormy weather this would be a great place to stay. We usually rent a house down in the village closer to the beach and the only down side to this home is the 10-15 minute walk to get to the ocean. However my feeling is that the comfort and the views more than made up for the longer walk. We would definitely stay here again.
