Unfortunately our room didn't have sea view instead it was a view of the building in front which was disappointing. The area was good for hiking, lots of good restaurants and the ferry to Telendous is only a 5 min walk."

"The private entrance to the property was the first indication we had chosen for something special for our stay on Kos. Our week at Ta Spitakia was so relaxing that we spent less time at the beach and just lazed around the villas outdoor seating area or on the private sun loungers. The staff were exceptionally helpful and contactable 24hrs a day. The villa was cleaned thoroughly every day and had everything needed from making a cup of coffee to a family dinner. "A nice hotel but as it was the start of the season, a little disorganised in terms of the rooms, what was provided etc. The first room allocated was under the bar and very noisy at night. There were also constant issues with corridor lighting not being turned off. We moved rooms eventually, which did help. However, overall I wouldn't go back because of the noise issue and the general quality of some of the rooms."

"We loved the Kontessa, it was clean, perfectly positioned with a beautiful view of the pool and sea, a beautiful sunrise from the balcony, sheets and towels changed regularly. A safe and a/c. We will definitely be back. We had 2 rooms and neither could be faulted. "
