"Was a short 5 minute walk from the railway station. The hotel was very clean and breakfast was reasonably priced, although perhaps there could have been a little more variety. The staff were all very helpful and courteous when asking questions or needing to leave luggage prior to departure for the airport. The only negative i would say would be that it was stairs to the first floor where some people may struggle if elderly, infirm etc. I would be happy to stay again if in memmingen."

"We had previously written Memmingen off as a purely transit town - handy for the nearby airport and nothing else. This was based on the less-than-inspiring train station and it’s immediate vicinity. However, on this visit we were pleasantly surprised to discover a remarkable ’old town’ district a short walk away. Memmingen is worth a longer stay to explore the ancient streets and beautiful buildings, intact after avoiding WWII bombing. The Limehome suite we stayed in was immaculate, very well appointed and in a fantastic location - steps away from the train station and strolling distance from the charming historic centre. Very affordable, spacious and comfortable - we will definitely stay there again to benefit from the cheaper flights through Memmingen airport. "

"This is a most impressive hotel with welcoming and professional staff, lovely rooms and a superb breakfast (it's a long time since I've had a fried egg in a hotel breakfast buffet). The room was spacious, comfortable and well soundproofed and also with very good blackout blinds. As mentioned, there is no car parking on site, but the municipal car park is a minute's walk away and is safe and inexpensive (there is also a shopping centre car park a five-minute walk away). We will certainly be back here."
