We stayed there for 7 days and no one replace the towels, clean the room and replace the soap, shampoo and conditioner. We are four people but the utensils are good for three persons. Asked for another casserole so we can use it for cooking our dishes but did not provide us one. No serving spoons. And you're responsible...

"An absolutely perfect stay!!! Although it’s winter, we had no problem visiting all the areas Arthur and Anita recommended. We flew into Zurich, rented a vehicle and had no issues driving anywhere. The town store also has all the basics you need including fresh baked bread and pastries. Anita provides coffee, sugar and cooking basics. They included Milka chocolates too!
