"A lovely evening excellent service and great food"

"Hotel is in a nice location. The spa is a bit limited, during our stay the steam room was not working and the sauna had to be re-activated to keep it on and this was not obvious. The pool is good but cool. Administration (front desk), it is a bit disorganised. On checking in we were given the wrong room (town side) even though we had paid for port side. "A fairly basic hotel. Rooms rather gloomy owing to small single windows. Good sized comfortable bed and adequate washroom. Restaurant offers reasonable food at a fair price, but breakfast is a bit patchy - bread and pastries not the freshest, scrambled eggs only edible if you get there at dawn!
