The courtyard, built around 1854, was extensively renovated in 2002-2014, whereby attention was paid to the preservation of charm and substance on the one hand, as well as the use of ecological building materials on the other. From the own entrance area with a wardrobe on the ground floor, the staircase leads directly into the open living area with kitchen, dining area, TV corner and loggia. Also on the 1st floor there is a toilet with washing machine and dryer, as well as the spacious wellness area with Kneipp utensils and log cabin sauna. On the 2nd floor there are two gable room with double bed, sofa bed, as well as large -format window areas that allow the view over the roofs of the place.
