"This hotel is in the heart of all the shops and restaurants in Heidelberg! We were 132 steps away from the castle! The room was large, clean, and spacious. The view from our window was very nice too. The receptionist was lovely! So helpful and patient. We will definitely stay at this hotel again!"

"Business-Trip nach Heidelberg: hoch oben im Odenwald liegt das tolle neue Hotel, mit TOP-Service, super leckerem Frühstück (zB gibt es selbstgebackene Brötchen und Brot - heutzutage sehr selten), eine kleine aber feine Saune mit einem fantastischen Blick auf Heidelberg, im Zimmer einen Wasserkocher, Tresor, Kühlschrank. "I absolutely love the location of this hotel! It offers stunning views of the lake, and the main street with all the shops is just a short walk away. Conveniently, there’s also a bus station right across the street, making it easy to get around. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, adding to the overall experience. I appreciated thoughtful amenities like a refrigerator, an iron and ironing board in the room, and the convenience of an elevator, which was especially helpful with our luggage. The breakfast was delightful, with a wide variety of offerings to suit every palate. This will definitely be our go-to place whenever we visit Heidelberg!"

"Well, what's not to like about the Europäischer Hof? It is simply a luxurious hotel with a Michelin restaurant. Everything about the hotel was super. And, it should be for the price. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was beautiful. We arrived on Christmas Eve and had a fixed course to menu Christmas Eve dinner in their restaurant. It was scrumptious. The service was outstanding, the food was divine, and the setting was perfect. I can't think of one complaint that I would have about this property."
