Nice place with major issues - first impression good, arrived at room door way, tatty, room twin, overlooked kitchen area and overlooked by other rooms corridor, see pictures, had to keep the blind down all day and night for privacy . Room basic, beds good, bathroom cheapest toilet paper ever, the bath room fan did not work . WiFi not working asked twice in the 3 days we were there, bug in the system? The noise from the road nearby unbelievable even the information book in the room said it’s not their fault and they will provide ear plugs, that’s not the end of it, as the kitchen was below our room, delivery @ 5.00am and kitchen staff banging about in the morning 6.00 and evening, smoking and shouting whilst working moving food from cold room to kitchen. Woke second day by smell of smoking and moving delivery into kitchen and cold room. It’s an £80 room being charged £134 per night Breakfast and the first night evening meal very good, not cheap but good. Until we realised the chef smoked whilst working moving food from cold store to kitchen.

Whilst I appreciate that road noise can't be sorted you can try with thick curtains etc but all that was at the window was a thin blind not even black out so as soon as it was light the room was bright also the bling was in bad condition The plumbing was very noisy. The food in the evening and service was very good breakfast not so all cooked before was very dry and service not so good cooked breakfast brought out whilst still eating cereal. Tried to charge for room although it had been paid in full to hotel.com

cozy nice hotel. It's bit noisy as an motorway with many cars going all the time located by the hotel. Other than this it's nice hotel.
