Welcome to San Leon Vista Del Mare house with private dock ocean view location in San Leon on Galveston Bay, Texas.
An amazing home awaits you and your family here on the coast, with 4,700 Square feet of the living area, this is a perfect for large groups or family reunions with 4 bedrooms. Use the private fishing dock to create memories with breathable fresh air.
Lot of activities and places to spent day on the water, stroll through the nearby beach town to discover great eateries and shops to entertain your group. Shopping and attractions such as Kemah Boardwalk
Upon entry, you'll meet a vaulted ceiling, a bright interior flooded with natural light. The airy atmosphere from the waterfront and open floor plan promotes togetherness so that no conversation will be lost here.
Relax and make yourself at home by resting on the plush furniture, streaming your favorites show or movies on the big screen TV. A spacious kitchen with double oven and six-burner gas range and featuring stainless steel appliance Indoor game room with pinball machine, Pac-Man arcade game and soccer tables. The dreaming vacation place is awaited, let book and make your dream vacation come true.

THINGS TO KNOW

* CHECK IN:
No earlier than 4pm. Unfortunately, we do not pre-approve for early check-in or late check-out. Our staff needs that time to prepare the home for your arrival. Once the home is ready for your arrival, we will send you a message with the door code no later than 3pm.

* INFORMATION RESOURCES:
By the stair, you will find additional information you may need for your stay. WIFI login, contact info, rules & regulations, trash pickup instructions, etc. Note, we have cable on the main TV in the living room. All other TV setup is for streaming on the "smart tv" apps.

* HOSPITALITY AMENITIES:
We do provide a starter supply of a few essentials in the kitchen, bathrooms and laundry. We do not restock or change linens during your visit.

* HOUSEKEEPING:
In light of COVID 19, we want you to have peace of mind that your health and safety is our priority. We have enhanced housekeeping protocols in place as recommended by the CDC to help minimize the likelihood of contamination. If you have any concerns, you should notify us upon arrival.

* POOL/GRILL:
There is a private "salt-water" pool. We do not provide pool towels please bring your own. Also, we have a gas grill downstair by the side of the house. Please clean grill after use.

* CHECK-OUT NO LATER THAN 10AM

* No pet allowed at this vacation rental.
* Parking: There is parking behind the gate for up to 7 cars.
Street parking is also available.
* Security cameras: For your safety, we installed 4 cameras face the front of the house, one back of the dock, 2 in open area downstairs.
* Fishing Dock: No swimming off or around the dock, no boats are allowed. We have some fishing equipment stored underneath of the stair. Fishing at your own risk.
* Swimming pool: Children must be supervised when in the pool area, no diving in the pool. No glassware in the pool area. Swimming at your own risk.

Great House and Surprisingly Cool Location
Very impressed with how closely the pictures reflect reality! We had 16 in our party; 8 adults and 8 kids. Everyone loved the pool, the dock, and the house. None of us, mostly Texas (and Houston) natives, had ever been to this part of the coast, but it’s a well kept secret. We felt safe and didn’t even have to leave the property given the activities there. Responsive host as well. Great kitchen and living space where we spent time in the evening and during the day watching football while the kids did their own thing. Would stay here again!

This property was amazing. It totally was exactly as described. The pool was a little on the cool side and the hot tub wasn’t useable but we had a great time. It was centrally located to all of the places we wanted to go. Thank you!

It was sad that we weren’t able to use the Hot Tub or the pool, because it wouldn’t warm up. We kept the house clean as possible but there were plenty of roaches. Also the mattresses weren’t very comfortable, except the bunk bed mattresses were ok. We enjoyed our stay there.

Family Celebration
Checking in was easy and fine. The neighborhood was quiet, on the water, and easy enough to navigate. Prior to our stay communication with the PM was positive & I had no problems. I did not communicate with the PM during our stay to due length of time. As for cleanliness: it was mostly a clean property: linens were good and it was mostly good. The only issue we had, I prefer to speak to the PM personally about. Without that issue everyone agreed we'd rate our overall stay a 9 based on a 1-10 (highest) scale. But with our issue, we give it somewhere around a 6-7. Had we been staying longer, I'd have definitely made contact. Taking care of it differently would have costed us more $. Everyone was pretty uncomfortable when the problem arose. I would stay here again if I knew the issue was taken care of. Our guest of honor overall had a good time and only mentioned the one thing as an issue. It really was a great property.

Beautiful home that fit every person in our family! Great pier! Pool was great but hot tub was gross! I will say the house did its job in protecting us against hurricane Beryl!

Nice stay
6 adults and 4 children ages 4 to 17. Very nice for all ages. Roomy and clean. All amenities you need. 1 of the showers did not work and the dishwasher does not clean well. We hosted a grad party for family for a few hours 1 day and had plenty of room. No problems. Swam in the pool and fished off the dock. Enjoyed
