"The holiday home was superb and very nicely decorated and furnished. This home made the holiday. It fully catered for all our needs, included a need to relax in the evening after sight seeing or a day at the beach. Further, the garden was lovely and enabled us to have breakfast in the sun! "Nach einer Anreise durch eine sehr schmale Straße zeigt sich ein wunderschönes, sehr großes Grundstück, liebevoll gepflegt, mit einem wahnsinnigen Ausblick auf das Mittelmeer. Jede Mahlzeit im Freien, wunderschönes, großes Grundstück auf einem Berg, sehr ruhige Lage. Haus wunderschön, Küche und Kochutensilien sehr vielfältig vorhanden. "Villa Anka is a litlle bit difficult to find as this address is not on google maps.The location is really in the sky, good for hiking. Not so convenient to go down to the sea as the road is really difficult, steep and narrow. The house is older, but still fine. Great collection of music - 60s, 70s- we really liked that. Unfortunatelly no free wifi. The view from the balcony was awsome."

None of the four advertised bedrooms were usable due to toxic extremely strong smell of the mildew. "We had a great time at this wonderful villa. It is beautiful, clean, and well kept. The views are wonderful, and the things to do in Alassio include great food, fun at the beach, a wonderful town to explore, and a great atmosphere to enjoy. The owners were great hosts. They helped us get settled in, and were very responsive to any questions we had. I recommend this home to anyone who wants to get to know the Italian Riviera. We can’t wait to go back!"

"Unfortunately the maintenance was very neglected, several things either didn’t work, were of poor quality, or old and dirty. Having to deal with repairs during your vacation is a real pain and waste of your time. The property is very dangerous for children as well as the elderly. Three is no grill outdoors (just a stone pit), there is a stairway with no railing (can you imagine?!?), home is located on a nameless dirt road high up a winding mountain which is a real pain having to go into town...

"We enjoyed our stay at the villa. It was well set up for guests. The views and outside space are amazing. We ate every meal looking out to sea. We had 2 teenagers with us and the WiFi worked well which kept them happy. We found the pool a bit small for us and preferred to walk to the beach at San Lorenzo. We would return but not in August when parking is stressful wherever you go! Communication with Marjolein was very good."

"Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr sehr klein und geht über 2 Etagen. Die Küche unten ist eine "Einbahnstraße". Beim Kochen war es sofort sehr heiß in der Wohnung.
