"Anna as manager was terrific. Room was very spacious and more than met our needs. Bed was excellent. Only issue we had was the access to hot water for showers - Anna fixed that and after waiting 7 minutes - it worked well. "

"Our family stayed here over a weekend for a friends wedding in rhe Yarra Valley. The facilities were incredibly family friendly including things like kits crockery and cutlery, 2 porta cots, dishwasher, and laundry facilities. The house is spacious, with lovely views. With 4 adults and 2 kids we never felt crammed for space, and all had a lovely time. The driveway is steep, but the host gives adequate warning about it in the listing, just be prepared for how steep it is. Communication from the host was amazing too qould definitily stay here again if I was ever down this way in the future."

"We, sadly had a fairly sub-optimal experience at this property. On arrival, the lockbox didn't work which caused our young family fresh from a long flight to have to wait out in the cold while we figured out how to get into the house. We discovered that the 6th bedroom of this property is actually a dining room with a bed in it, and a curtain separating it from the living room. So no door on the 6th bedroom, and not really a bedroom at all. We found theproperty was not well-cleaned or well-furnished. And since there is a big for-sale sign in front, it's clear that they are not investing in the property but hoping to make a little money until they can sell it. We found mold in nearly all of the coffee cups, defective central heating, not enough towels for our guests, and no hand towels or wash cloths. I let the host know of the suboptimal condition of the property and they let me know they would send someone over to clean it, but never did. It's a nice house, but just not being well-looked after or well appointed for guests to stay there."
