"Took us forever to find the hotel. The address was taking us to a different location nearby. There’s no signs or names written out anywhere to be able to see anything. Shower head was broken, bathroom was just dirty in general. Air conditioner did not have the right remote. If it wasn’t for my husband powering it on from the system itself, we wouldn’t have any ac all night."

"These staff guys don’t know what they doing. They misguided the guests and they don’t even have proper communication between the staff. They make me to run through 4 public buildings to find my apartment and finally when found it was totally different than what was texted me. Unbelievably the shared bathroom toilet door can’t be closed from inside and no-one there to get addressed any problem. For noisy and non-working air-con I don’t complain because property was cheap"

"Once found, the location is pretty good. And that took a fair amount of help from a patron of a nearby taverna. Overall, I found myself in a relatively steep learning curve trying to keep myself oriented. Sadly, dealing with management was almost impossible. No on-site contact, and only some phone numbers that leaves one on hold. All that said, Larnaka is a great place"

We decided not to rent a car because they drive on the left side of road and local buses are only €1.50 each way. "It is the worst, dirtiest property i’ve ever been in my whole entire life. The room floor is filthy and the kitchen if also filthy. We had to put our towels on the bed for us to sleep on and were not able to sleep because of the noise( the property is on the main road) and because of the dirtiness. We checked in at 9:00 PM and checked out at 1:00 AM of the same day. Add to this It was not clear that the property is a house with one toilet and 4 rooms. We had so much trouble to open the house...

I arrived very late and had received a text and email from the owners with clear and specific instructions on how to get the keys and how everything in the apartment worked.
