"I have blown away by the exceptional level of customer service provided by the hotel management and front of house staff in arranging everything to make our stay an amazing one. Beds were super comfy and amazingly quiet as opposed to creaky noisy ones at other hotels. Lekha and the Hotel Technician(I think his name is Gopan) helped us with storing my daughters feeding bags in the required trmperature and i am very grateful to both in going an extra mile in supporting us. Break fast and other meals at their restaurant were very tasty. There is always a good selection of items. Staff is very professional and polite. "

The front desk staff Jasmine walked us through the property amenities and necessary details. The staff at the breakfast area, valet are all very pleasant and welcoming.
