"Stayed for a few nights over a 2 week period for business purposes. All the staff were amazing and very warm & welcoming. The rooms were very luxurious with incredible views of the Yorkshire countryside. Food was fantastic and the ambience was lovely. "

It was huge, facing out across the road to the lovely old church. Road noise was minimal and the bed extremely comfy with good pillows which were not too soft, perfect for us. We slept well. "A fabulous little gem. The bar man even fixed my broken heel! Now that's going above and beyond. The lovely ladies even made My dog his own sausage for breakfast. Beds were comfy. My only issue would be it's a little bit cold in places but it's a old building whose owners (not staff) need to give it a bit of TLC "
