Find another place!
First off, the listing doesn't say anything about a pet fee until after you book and pay. To complete booking, you have to go through another website, this is where you find out about the daily pet fee. When we arrived at the place, we opened the door and we were immediately hit with the stench of stale air and pet urine. Two of the three rooms had large urine stains on the carpets. We contacted the host immediately and asked him to have someone clean up the urine stains. He replied that they won't be able to come until after we check out. The air filter for the air vent was filthy and clogged. The third bedroom was hot and had no air vents or portable fan to cool the room down. Hot water would come and go during showers. We emailed the host about our concerns but he wasn't eager to provide a solution for us nor was he willing to reimburse us for the carpet cleaner solution and the new air filter (which we purchased from Walmart half an hour away just to make our stay bearable). I would not recommend this property based on the host's lack of professionalism and hospitality.

Accommodations were very good, very clean and everything worked no problems. The only criticism I would make to make sure there are enough bath towels for the guests. There were five of us and only four towels in the unit also provide small disposable (plastic) cups in the bath rooms for the guests to rinse their mouths after brushing teeth. Total pleasure for the stay

There was no hot water and host refused to communicate honestly about situation.
We arrived to a mouse running past our feet and no hot water. Breaker was reset by maintenance person and he set mouse trap and Maoist was caught. Hot water would not remain on so for 5 days we got only 3 showers in first couple days. Host refused to address this situation and will not respond to my emails. There seems to be no regard for the guests and I am probably unable to get any refund for this issue. One dish towel was provided and dirty sponges to wash dishes with the cold water. Not even a cookie sheet or proper cookwareare available. The cleaning people left damp laundry in the dryer. It was quite but in residential area with debris about the place a horse fencing laying around. The surrounding area is beautiful, but very disappointed on how we have been treated through this experience. We never even got an apology for any of this crap!

Excellent Getaway
We stayed for my friend's low-key Bachelorette party. We had the best time! The location allowed for enough parking for our group. The house has excellent outdoor seating options to sit around both in the day and at night around the firepit. It truly is an escape and I am so grateful to Vince for this awesome stay.
