Prescott Country Club Condo on Golfcourse

Cozy condo overlooking the Prescott Country Club Golf Course sleeping 4 persons. It has one bedroom with queen size bed, a very large walk-in closet, living room with a comfy queen size sleeper sofa, kitchen with breakfast nook overlooking golf course, patio with gas grill, chairs, bistro set (watch the golfers go by during the day and wildlife at night). The condo is on the ground floor and nobody is above.

We provide a non-smoking environment. Absolutely NO smoking/vaping allowed inside the unit. Please use outdoor areas for smoking only.

Small dogs (under 20lbs) are welcome with an additional $200 fee. If not charged at time of booking, an additional fee charge request will be sent. Please also note; pets should not be left unattended. We ask that our guests let us know at time of booking if there is a pet staying with them.

Arlys and I had a great time. We are avid golfers and enjoyed playing the course. We have been spending a couple of months every year in the Prescott area love the cooler temps. Great hiking all so.

We love this place!
This is the second time my mom has stayed here while visiting family. We absolutely love it! It is always clean and inviting. Kristine is so great and responsive. There is never an issue! We will be back for a third time next year. Couldnt be more happy with this cute and cizy rental

Great Rental at Prescott Golf Club
We stayed for a week to tune up our golf game. Ideal location right on the course. The condo had everything we needed. Everything worked well. Has a nice patio right on hole #9. The kitchen knives were sharp! I would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable condo on the golf course
This was a very relaxing place to stay. My husband enjoyed watching the golfers from the comfort of his chair on the patio. It was very quiet at night, and we enjoyed looking at he scenery from the dining table every afternoon.

Really enjoyed our stay!
My husband and I enjoyed our winter stay in this cozy condo. My husband enjoyed watching the golfers go by daily and the condo is close to the club house so we went golfing in the afternoons when it was warmer. The area is very quiet but is also close to shopping and restaurants.

Prescott Country Club Condo
The bed was a bit soft and bowed in the middle. The location of the condo was perfect for our trip and the patio has plenty of shade in the morning for coffee. It was an easy drive to downtown Prescott and Lynx Lake. The golf course is well maintained and I had a great 18 holes of golf with our friend.

Bed is a full or queen . It makes a noise every time you move. Needs a new mattress . King. Unit reminds me of 1980 with popcorn ceiling. Dated furniture. Bathroom lacks safety bars to prevent falls. Carpet in bedroom has large stain. Patio furniture needs replacement . Yard has plastic coming thru rooks. Tv service : no basic stable . You are expected to login to apps to use, not user friendly. Be sure bring shampoo conditioner and bath products. AC worked very good. Did not use heat. Golf course nice , no Mountain View’s. Area quiet . Driveway parking, no garage. We left 2 days early due to above.

Perfect for relaxing! Covered patio right on the golf course with plenty of chairs and a grill. Inside the furniture is comfy and cozy. The kitchen offers cupboards full of dishes and cookware. Plenty of linens and supplies. Host has created a perfect getaway.

This property is very nice, lots of room, everything you need is on site very well stocked. If you love to golf this is for you. Prescott golf club is a good course good value. And best of all you can walk your dog on a short leash of course on the golf course after the last tee time and before the 1st tee time. Good at the restaurant is very good as well. We had a great time will book next time we are in town.

Great winter stay...
The condo is at the back of the building so use the right hand sidewalk next to the wall. Parking for at least 5 cars for 3 condos...park by your sidewalk. Have a flashlight just in case lights are out. Six rooms including walk-in closet...plenty big for 2 people. House has t-paper, p-towels and kleenex. Water pressure in the shower is fantastic. Kitchen has washer/dryer, micro, coffee maker, bagel toaster, blender, toaster oven, mixer, small crock, cookie sheets, casserole and lots of pans, skillets. If you need something, head for Goodwill in Prescott Valley. Nice little patio out back with a gas grill. Bring your binoculars and watch the birds and the golfers. Keep water in the bird bath...there is a robin who needs a full bath every day. There are books, games, movies, cd/cassette player, dvd/vhs player, cable, wi-fi. Golf a bit costly here at the club...hubby went to Quailwood. Be aware...state parks may require permits to park & hike. Some Prescott parks also require permits but are free on Wednesday so plan your days. Letterboxing and geocaching in the area. We did an overnight to Grand Canyon, and day trips to Jerome (go early or overnight), Fort Verde, Montezuma's Castle and Well, the Apache Trail (go early...fantastic but be careful...we hit a hole & destroyed a tire). Casinos in Prescott (Bucky's has prime rib on Thursday nite) and near Fort Verde. We liked this house...Edie very accommodating. Got a problem, just ask her. And we loved the area. Everything you could possibly need can be found in Prescott Valley or Prescott and parking is free, even in the public parking structure. Come and enjoy.
