OVERVIEW: This dog-friendly vacation rental in Dewey Beach can comfortably sleep eight people in two bedrooms. The oceanfront townhouse has a full kitchen, laundry, television, internet, and an outdoor patio that your fur baby will enjoy!
LOCATION: Surf Plaza- oceanfront community in downtown Dewey Beach.
PARKING: One assigned parking spot and one city parking permit.
AMENITIES: Pet-friendly for one dog, deck area, central AC, washer, and dryer.
THINGS TO KNOW: The 199.99 processing fee is non-refundable in the event you cancel. The bedroom with the double bed and twin with trundle has a room divider for privacy. Linens are not supplied. However, we do offer a rental package. Streaming services are only provided. One dog under 20 lbs is permitted, and there is a non-refundable pet fee. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
