Beautiful bay and sunset views!!

Come enjoy sweeping views of Rehoboth Bay in this fully renovated condo that enjoys spectacular sunsets! Sleeps four adults with a king size bed in the master bedroom and a queen sofa bed in the living area. The kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances and sits just one block from the ocean! Very large balcony that overlooks Rehoboth bay which can be accessed from both the living room and bedroom. The unit also includes a pool for those days when you don't want to head to the beach. Two assigned parking spots (one under cover), washer/dryer, elevator access and walkable to everything Dewey has to offer. No smoking, not accepting pets. Guests provide their own linens.

Weekend getaway
As a nurse who had several rough shifts I last minute (less than 24 hours before check in) booked for a Friday-Sunday stay and Nancy was on top of everything. She was so accommodating despite the last minute reservation. The location was perfect, her communication was timely, and I couldn’t have been happier with our stay. Would highly recommend staying here to anyone.

Great location & beautiful sunsets!
You can’t find a better location. Park your car and enjoy. Everything is walking distance from the condo, plus being able to watch the sunset from your balcony is wonderful. Can’t wait to go back.

Chillaxing long weekend
The sunsets did not disappoint, easy short walk to ocean beach,place very well supplied with all your necessities and more.Enjoyed relaxing and the convenience of close restaurants. Room was perfect for the 2 of us.Would rent again!

Lovely Condo on the Bay
Nice, clean condo with a pretty view of the bay from the living room and bedroom balcony. Convenient to restaurants and easy access to the beach. Everything you need to prepare and eat meals is provided. My daughter and I had a great mini vacation here!

Our stay was great. The condo was in great shape and in a perfect spot in Dewey. All the spaces and furnishings were clean and comfortable. It’s located just outside of the “downtown” but still within a half mile walk of anything you’d want to do on a beach getaway. Strongly recommend.

Great view and location!
We enjoyed our stay, the condo was well appointed and the location was perfect for us! Walking distance to restaurants and The Dewey Post where we ate breakfast every day of our stay. The beach was a short walk away and the rooftop pool was empty and a nice way to cool off. The washer and dryer were an added bonus! When we travel back we hope to stay here again.

We recently stayed here for a college reunion. The condo was the perfect size for the two of us and it had some amazing views of the bay. It was a short walk to the bars and restaurants. The place was very clean and well maintained. I would highly recommend this hidden gem in Dewey Beach!

Perfect Anniversary weekend!

The perfect, home-sweet-home getaway in Dewey Beach
We absolutely loved our stay at Nancy’s home. The apartment was clean, spacious, and perfectly located. Parking was incredibly convenient too. However, it’s the view that really takes your breath away; we loved having a glass of wine on the porch while enjoying the sunset. Our family comes to Dewey every year, and you can be sure we’ll be staying here on our next annual trip! Thank you Nancy for being such a wonderful host.

Dewey Beach refresh
I stayed in the condo with a couple of my adult children. Perfect location on the quieter end of Dewey, with beautiful bay views. The small beach next door is great if you don’t want to walk the 1 block to the main beach. Very nicely decorated and comfortable condo for 3 or 4 people. I would definitely come again! Nice rooftop pool as well.

Beautiful view!
We had the absolute best time at this beautiful condo. The place was so nice and clean. We had everything we needed. We pretty much lived on the balcony. We loved the view, watching the boats, and the sunset. The restaurant next door had live music in the evening which we enjoyed listening too as well. Nancy was great to work with and prepared us great for our stay. We can’t wait to come back!!

Best little getaway
This was the 2nd time we stayed here. The condo was spotless when we came in. Nancy communicates well with you and gives easy instructions to get the keys. The view from the deck is just breathtaking. We came when the temperature dropped in April (around 50 degrees) and somehow the sun hits the area just perfectly where it feels so warm and comfortable. Even sitting inside with the blinds open was enjoyable. It was fun (and more relaxing) to come on the off season. We will definitely be coming back again!

Dockside at Dewey
My wife and I stayed here over a September weekend and we couldn’t have picked a better place. Beautiful relaxing view from the balcony and a clean and modern condo inside. The location is great, I highly recommend The Dewey Post for breakfast and it’s a simple walk to the bars and restaurants in Dewey. Rehobeth was a short drive away from shopping in town and at the outlets. Beach was beautiful and only a block away. Really wonderful getaway and communication with the owner was easy and very informative. Definitely recommend staying here!

Spectacular views and host
The property is much better than the pictures. Fully stocked kitchen with drip coffee maker, wine chiller, blender and everything else you could need. TV and WiFi worked great and were easy to connect. You can tell a lot about a host by their communication and Nancy was quick to respond and easy to work with through VRBO. This host really cares about their beach property and treat you like your a guest in their home. Really loved our stay.

Amazing Off Season Stay
This condo was just as described. We could walk to our favorite brewery, Dewey Brewing and it was a short drive to everything we wanted to do. The beach was a very easy walk and we enjoyed having coffee on the deck. The view was excellent. The condo was tastefully decorated and quiet. Parking was easy too. The mattress was firm, which is fine, but I always look for reviews of beds when I book rentals so I figured I'd share. We will be back.

Just The Place For Our Much Needed Get Away !
More than we anticipated. Nothing beats the views and the nightly sunsets. It was clean, roomy and well stocked. We are already planning on next visit for September with another couple, our dear friends, and we feel that it will suit the need for all four of us. We are planning on taking a topper for the sofa bed just to make it a little more comfortable. Thanks for sharing and entrusting us with your condo ...our new favorite place to stay in Dewey (and we have tried many in the Dewey/Rehoboth area).

Great Access to Bay and Ocean
We enjoyed staying at Nancy's place. Staying on the bay, just feet above the marina was a welcome view with a great balcony where we had our morning coffee and evening wine enjoying the sunset. And, the ocean is only a few blocks away. You really get the both of both worlds here. The only caution for some may be the live music which you will hear from Rustic Rudder, but probably only Friday and Saturday evenings. That said, the condo is pretty sound proof so if you close all windows you will still hear some (mainly the base). Or, you can have a class of wine and enjoy decent music from your balcony! Will stay there again and again if we have the chance.

Location, location, location
This property exceeded expectations! Perched bayside, the condo seems to hang over the marina making the patio a perfect spot for admiring boats and people watching. A small beach connects the condo to Hyatt Place and The Lighthouse with Rusty Rudder just beyond. Music from the restaurants floats to the property at just the right volume to accompany the lovely sunsets. Many more restaurants and bars are in walking distance, yet the condo area remains quiet at night. Furnishings are exactly as described, plentiful yet tidy and well maintained. Check-in procedure and communications with the owner were smooth and easy. Five stars!

Great place to stay
We went to Dewey Beach for a much needed getaway. Nancy’s condo was so inviting, and I loved the way she decorated it. Loved the little white lights! She thought of everything to make our stay perfect. Even though it was cool, we wrapped up and sat on the balcony, and enjoyed being by the water. The condo was at a great location, south Dewey. Away from all the noise. The only thing that was sad, was that it was apparent that some of the renters were very hard on the wooden furniture, and there was lots of water marks. It is a shame that some people have no respect for this beautiful property. Thank you Nancy for sharing it with us!

October beach stay
Very clean and well appointed apartment. Perhaps I didn’t read the directions well but having to bring your own sheets when the bed is it king was a problem for me. I don’t have a king bed I didn’t have sheets for that. I also had a problem at check in and the key that I had did not work which was stressful and I was standing out in the rain and ultimately a sympathetic neighbor let me in the building at check in. Otherwise it’s a beautiful place in a great location.
