This beach rental is located at the end of McKinley Street right on the beach. Unit #1 is located at the end of the condominium providing a private, quiet and relaxing atmosphere. With 3 decks and an outside shower, there is never a reason to be indoors. Located in the heart of Dewey Beach, Surfside Plaza is steps from the restaurants, bars, and shopping of Dewey Beach. The Jolly Trolly stop is just up the block and a 7 minute ride from the Rehoboth Beach Boardwalk.

What a great spot to be in the middle of all Dewey Beach has to offer!!! This unit has a great layout and is nicely updated - the outdoor living spaces are wonderful and the place is well equipped with everything you need - Just bring your clothes (and your linens) The beach access is unparalleled and you can lie in bed and watch the sunrise! Kerry was great to work with and I would not hesitate to stay here again!

We loved everything about our stay! The location cannot be beat especially with two little boys (ages 4&6), just steps from the beach! We didn’t need much but Kerry is available to help with any and everything, and the house is fantastic (the upper deck is our favorite!). We will definitely be back!

This beachfront rental is only a few steps away from the beach. Very close to many restaurants in Dewey. Loved the view of the beach. Quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay!!

Absolutely perfect location in Dewey! We loved the place and beautiful views. Steps to the beach. We were not able to use the washer/dryer due to the door being locked. Overall very clean except for some random socks and soda bottles under the beds from the previous renters. We would stay here again in the future!

Perfect Location
The views from the second floor balcony make this property worth it. Communication with Kerry was fantastic, she was helpful and flexible. The place was nice, a bit dated and the door out to the balcony upstairs is hard to open. Overall though, you are steps from the beach with gorgeous views. It is hard to be critical of being able to watch dolphins while you have your morning coffee!

Can't Beat the Location!
My family had a wonderful week down in Dewey staying at Kerry's condo. You cannot beat the location, as it was right on the beach (we were able to fall asleep to the sound of the surf), and it is an end unit of the complex. It was also right in the middle of Dewey, and everything was easily walkable within just a few blocks in both directions. Kerry was very responsive via text before and during our stay, as we had to ask some questions and she responded almost instantly each time. Some of the condo's interior could use updates here and there, but it was perfect for what we needed as we spent most of each day at the beach and out to dinners. Would absolutely stay at Kerry's condo again!

Great location
We booked this place relatively last minute, but it was a great find. It’s literally as close to the beach as possible and offers a clear view of the beach from the second deck. The entire area was very quiet and close to anything you need in Dewey. It has nice outdoor spaces and the outdoor shower is a big plus. The non-master bedrooms were fine for our two young kids, but they could be a bit small for others. The only knock was that when we arrived the trash can in the kitchen was full and there was a used coffee filter and grounds in the coffee machine. Nothing necessarily that would keep us from staying here again, but it gave us some pause about cleanliness throughout, especially given COVID-19 concerns. Overall, it’s a great place that met our needs perfectly.
