This is one of our most sought after properties with the beach located just steps away from your front door! This stunning 2,800 square foot two-story home features plenty of space to relax indoors and out, including a large three-season porch on the first floor, a comfortable screened porch on the second floor with wood paneled ceilings and a 65” television, and an expansive second story deck with stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean. A small balcony overlooks the property’s relaxing private pool, which can be heated from early spring to late fall.

The professionally decorated interior spaces set this year-round property apart from others in the area. A variety of bedroom configurations ensure your party will all feel comfortable with plenty of space to come together or find seclusion. Great location, big comfortable house
Our big group of family & friends loved this house. Beach is so close I went every morning to watch the sunrise. Plenty of space inside the house for big groups to gather but also for privacy & for individuals to work remotely. We enjoyed big dinners by the pool and 2-3 daily visits to the beach, which is essentially in the backyard it’s so close. We walked to the nearby grocery for excellent produce & deli sandwiches. Easy quick drive to Rebobeth for excellent restaurants. And ice cream & some restaurants within walking distance. We appreciated that property manager responded immediately when we had a problem with the lock on the pool gate. We liked that our dog was welcome. The house was so welcoming & enjoyable that we already haved booked a return visit

This place is wonderful! Location made nearly everything walking distance. Lovely new renovations. The pool was a welcome respite from the soaring heat. The home has been very well maintained. Being pet friendly allowed us to be with our fur babies on vacay: absolutely loved that! A repeat for sure!

Great getaway for a large family
Everyone enjoys being at a pool over the beach except the youngest who are into sandcastles. Thus this was a perfect choice. The house floor plan allowed for different activities to occur. We all felt the front enclosed porch was a perfect place for leaving beach equipment and our shoes in order to keep the house neat and clean. Second floor addition was amazing and the house decor made it inviting.

Spent 3 nights here over Memorial Day weekend and it was a blast. Perfect location to beach and walking distance to the restaurants/bars around Dewey. One change would be to have bed sheets and towels provided for the stay.

Lots of pool time!
We celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary with a week at this amazing home with our 3 kids, their spouses and 4 grands. The home was better than we imagined. Lots of room for people to spread out. The pool was the best. Very well designed for little ones. One end was steps from side to side, and there was a shallow ledge that circled the whole pool. Lots of outdoor space. Would highly recommend

Christmas at Dewey Beach
Our family spent Christmas at this wonderful property. Best house ever. Layout was great and it was in great condition. Was decorated beautifully. They even decorated it for Christmas for us. Steps away from Main Street and the beach. Could not have asked for better. Looking forward to coming back!

Very relaxing stay close to the beach
We very much enjoyed our stay. The layout worked well for accommodating multiple couples with bedrooms and individual bathrooms -- as well as nice spacious common areas. We loved being so close to the beach, where we walked, tossed a frisbee and admired the view. We hope to return soon!

House was very clean and exactly as described. We would not hesitate to go back again. We had one small issue with the gas grill by the pool which was broken and discovered Sunday night. We notified Jordan, the Property Manager, that night and she had a new grill delivered the next day. Great customer service!

We had a great stay. The house is beautiful, clean, and large enough to accomodate multiple families. We loved the outdoor spaces and how close it was to the beach. We had a small issue with the upstairs air condition but the property manager was able to help remedy the issue by the next morning. Highly recommend. We would love to return.

This property was even more beautiful than the pictures suggest. The house was spotless and well equipped. The location was only a minutes walk to the beach. Because we were there the first week of March, we were not able to use the pool or the outdoor decks and porches. Even still, the house was perfect and we can't wait to return. The beds were super comfortable and there was plenty of room to spread out. The owners really put a lot of thought into the layout and furnishings. We had one small issue with the TV's not being logged into YouTube, Jordan responded immediately and sent someone over to fix it. Great property and communication. thank you!!

This house is absolutely gorgeous. It has everything and is trying to the website. Most houses the pictures are embellished and things are not as they appear. This house is perfect. Beds are great rooms are great. Pool is great right at the beach. It was the best and the property manager is always available. Can’t wait to stay there again !!!!
