The (please) Do’s and Do Not’s
Just a few things to be mindful of, so we can continue to offer competitive nightly rates:
Please remove dirty work shoes etc and also wipe shoes well before walking inside. We do need to request reimbursement for carpets that have tough marks or stains to be removed.
Please leave kitchen clean & tidy, including washing/putting away the dishes before you leave, also please ensure dishwasher if used, is also emptied and dishes put away.
Please use fan/rangehood over stovetop whilst cooking, and open windows if necessary, we do have smoke alarms and being part of a larger building, if activated may incur a call-out fee for emergency (fire) services.
Used towels etc, please leave on the bathroom or laundry floor upon departure.
Please do not rearrange any of the furniture or appliances as this can damage the items, or being heavier items such as lounges can be time consuming too heavy for our cleaners. This includes removing cables from the TV's.
Strictly no parties as per booking information.
No pets are permitted inside the apartment.
Wheelie bins for recycling and normal household waste are provided in Rooke Lane outside the apartment.
