"Overall Experience was great!! It was unique because I've never heard of hotels being on zoo grounds, so from that aspect that was really cool. My kids loved it. "Es war ein bisschen wie gehobenes Hüttenerlebnis. Wir hatten sehr schöne Tage. Das Haus wird kommerziell betreut und es fehlt ein bisschen die Liebe zum Detail. Die Küchenausstattung sollte mal überarbeitet werden. Ein Sonnenschirm wird nicht gestellt. Insgesamt ist Preis-Leistung in Ordnung."

"Hotel located conveniently near the center of town. Hearty breakfast. Service limited due to the fact that some front desk personnel did not speak English. Room decor had a certain charm, perhaps a style from 30 years ago. Shower head was not easy to use and was not stable. The hotel could not find my reservation on arrival, but offered an available room at the Hotels.com rate; it is not clear if the missing reservation was due to the hotel or Hotels.com"

"Das liegt sehr ruhig in mitten einen kleinen Park zusammen mit anderen Ferienhäusern. Diese liegen aber alle in einem akzeptabelen Abstand zu einander. Ich möchte gleich auf den Punkt kommen und zwar müsste das Bad mit der Dusche wieder mal renoviert werden und eine neue komplette neue Einbauküche mit neuen Geräten ist auch wieder mal fällig. Auch die gestellte Bettwäsche war zwar gewaschen trotzdem hatten einige Decken noch Flecken. Der Rest ist soweit alles in Ordnung gewesen."
