I was a 1st customer to have booked on expedia for this hotel. To begin with there was a confusion where the representative of the hotel made me wait to clarify the payment issue which they had between expedia and the resort.
Better not to call a resort, no facility of a resort can be expected. Hotel doesnt have a restaurant of its own. the restaurant which is at the hotel premises would be closed most of the time. Hotel doesnt even provide the basic coffee or tea.
Food in the hotel premise (which is not owned by the hotel) is awful. When you call the reception for food / drink, their response would be yes, but dont expect them to serve you, they dont even bother to communicate that its not available. I had to wait for more than an hour to find that the food is not available / a restaurant is closed.
Wi-fi, its free but dont expect it to work. Rooms are well maintained. housekeeping does a good job. rooms are sophisticated, power goes off frequently and even though they have a generator, they take a long time to get it onn.
parking needs to be done on road side, most of the time the security would not be available.
Better look for other hotels.
