"We didn't get the room we ordered (and paid for). The unfortunately very meager confirmation from Expedia, which did not list the room type, was not helpful either. There was a hole where the minibar with refrigerator was supposed to be. Hot water only came when asked one day and not at all the next. "Tiger Tops Elephant Camp was amazing. Walking through the jungle with the elephants and getting up. Lose and personal with them was an unforgettable experience. We saw rhinoceros on the Jeep Safari. I would highly recommend this experience."

"Stayed in Room 107 for 2 nights. The hotel is in a very good condition with marble and tiles everywhere. My room was on the first floor. No lift though. The room had a strong smell of Naphthalene. At least there were no insects. Everything looked clean, although the floor was a bit dusty. I picked up some of it while walking barefoot and ended up using the slippers provided. The bathroom had an open shower, toilet and basin. The room was large enough without everything getting in the way. Hot...
