"We completely enjoyed our stay. The house was lovely, all the amenities you could need. Photos don’t do it justice. We made family dinners and dined out on the terrace over looking the valley. The house and pool made for a relaxing week. The setting is pastoral with day trips to historic sites. The area is filled with medieval history and eco tourism. And of course the WINE, and vineyards. "Michel and Mireille are delightful hosts. They were attentive to our needs while respecting our privacy. The setting was idyllic but the drive up to the gite is not for the faint hearted. It was peaceful, scenic and very hot (we were there during la canicule). We had problems though with the Internet connection (not something we have experienced in France before) which mattered because we needed to work online during the week.
