Great place. Great price.
Great place to stay near family's while visiting for the holidays. We hosted one night for pizza and beers with my siblings. The space was perfect for what we needed. I'll definitely look to rent this place again when I return to Mt Clemens.

Mount Clemens Stay
Recently remodeled kitchen and bathroom with large living and dining room but small bathroom. This is a second story apartment which may be difficult for elderly and those with mobility issues to navigate the 14 step stairway to the entrance of the apartment.

Great place for a fantastic price
I was in town over the weekend for a wedding, found this being one of the only places to rent in the area. Great price which I believe accurately reflects the apartment. It’s a comfortable, plenty of space, plenty of parking and overall I had a great stay. If I’m ever in the need for a place in the area again I’ll be back.

Great for Fishing Week
This was a great property for us during our annual LSC fishing trip. It was very roomy for two people, and the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom is a bit cramped but hey we were fishing 12 hours a day. Thanks!

Not for the weak of knees
All the pics are real, but a lot is NOT SHOWN. DANGEROUS stairwell to get to unit, and be prepared to hold yourself up by the sink if you plan on wipping your tail end, because there's about a 6 inch space in front of the toilet. Host was QUICK to refund. Was sad, it looked prefect. But was really dangerous.

Everything was on point! The property was gorgeous and the simple little touches that were great!
Above and beyond! The added touches like the very well appointed kitchen, the 100% cotton linemen, and the brand name TP were the icing on the cake!

Very cool historic house in a great neighborhood
This is a second floor flat which isn't immediately apparent when you read the description. That being said, it is a HUGE flat with some really cool decor and art work throughout. The homeowner had some really fun and classy furniture that was simple but had an understated elegance. It truly paid homage to the era this historic house came from. It has radiators with knobs that you can adjust room-to-room, giving you that feeling of warmth that you can't achieve with a forced-air furnace. The kitchen is well stocked with spices and flavored salts. The WiFi and Entertainment setup (large smart TV with roku) were adequate and reliable. Owner allowed us to park our RV on the large space on the back of the property. Neighbors (including the people who live downstairs) were all very nice. Lot's of folks walking dogs and taking the kids for a stroll. Restaurants, groceries, and all the essentials are really close by. There were a couple of misunderstandings that I am certain were growing pains because this host appears to be new to hosting. For the sake of full disclosure, here they are: 1. The host double booked us with another renter. Host caught the mistake prior to anyone arriving and contacted both us and the other renter to see if there was a way to make everyone happy. I really appreciated how it was handled as we all treated each other like humans and found a resolution that made everyone happy. 2. After checking out, the cleaning person reported to the owner that we had left things unusually dirty and accused us of some damages. These claims were both untrue and, if I can make a bold assumption, I think the cleaning person was looking to make an extra few bucks off the host. Again, the host reached out and asked us about it. No charges assessed. despite these two hiccups, we intend to rent again and if anyone is looking for a pleasant spot to stay in the metro detroit area, I highly recommend this flat.

Clean and quiet
Great space and would stay here again. Very clean and simply-decorated. Due to it being an old house, the water pressure wasn’t as strong as I would have liked but it still did the job. I could have used a stronger wifi signal, but it wasn’t enough of a problem where I wouldn’t stay there again. Charming older house with gray wood flooring!

Accurate listing, clean and nice place
I was a little iffy about booking somewhere that had zero reviews, but I decided to give it a shot and I was not disappointed. The place was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed, along with extra blankets, sheets, towels, etc. So many spices in the kitchen as well! The place is old, but you can tell it’s taken care of. The neighbors were quiet and respectful. The host was quick to respond and very kind. The wifi was fast and the beds were very comfortable. It’s also in the perfect location in Mt. Clemens. I would book here again and I will recommend it to anyone who is looking as well.
