The architecture of the building and their surroundings was absolutely beautiful. What we didn’t like was that they told us Expedia never communicated our reservation to them and it took us a half hour to check in and the only reason why we got a room was because I saved everythingthat was emailed to me

The resort is beautiful and very comfortable. However, the pool felt a bit small and crowded, and some of the jets weren’t functioning properly. Dinner at Five Steakhouse was absolutely magnificent, but lunch was disappointing due to slow service and overhearing staff complaining about each other. Despite these issues, it was still a wonderful stay overall.

Property is beautiful. Rooms are clean and spacious. One aspect that I did not like was when requesting a late check out for 12 PM(normal check out time is 11AM), I was awoken by housekeeping twice. The first at 10:45AM and the second at 11:15AM.
