The unit is a cozy 650 Square foot unit with a one bedroom and one bathroom that is full of all the amenities one can hope for in a short stay or in a long term stay.

The entire apartment is for the guest and is suited to be as comfortable as possible for the guest. Stocked with kitchenware, extra towels, TV, and WIFI for the guest to use.

Guests will have access to the entire apartment and have access to the basement for the laundry facility. Guest will also have access to all outside parking, and outside picnic area and yard.

In the heart of downtown Ferndale, and a 10 minute drive from Birmingham and Royal Oak. Close to the best restaurants and bars in the state.

Right on 9 Mile Rd, parking will be behind the building in a designated spot that had the unit number on there.
